june: DONT TAKE DIET PILLS! from what i heard - if you stop eating those pills, you will get fatter than before cause of the side effects. My friend slim down by eating gd lunch & salad only during dinner
june: from what i know, cda slim you all down by those aquajogging and etc. you can continue this exercise on your own. go swimming often, good sports to burn fats.

winter: eat mulitple meals but little food. no food after 8 definately. light breakfast its a must. dun eat before bath. jogging is not a good form of exercise to lose weight, try swimming or crunches and

ahbird:ok la, cause there's more, 27.5kg-29kg in 3months is our record! lol. ya, i know but that's why i control first, i need mind over body, haha, stand during work, very strange le, cause clerk normally sit down de, but i will try to walk often, and also to avoid let my sir see that i'm not doing things. hahahahha!
LeX: yo deneng, great work for losing 20kg in 3mths. Now the prob is losing the 10-15kg which u wan again. Before doing those big big changes, a minor change will definitely help which is to tweak ur diet.
LeX: of cos u can enjoy food, but keep it in moderation. Another thing i will advice on is to do your running first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
LeX: cardiovacular exercises first ting in the morning will spike ur metabolism rate for the entire day which helps in ur weight loss goals.
LeX: doing it first thing in the morning is also cos ur body is in a depleted state, it doesnt have any energy stored which makes your body target the fat stores diirectly instead of using the carbo/energy

oh, den by doing some exercise in the morning good annot ah? like crunches 50, pumping 30, jumping jack all this? wow, from what u say, now i know morning exercise is like so impt!.. ok, i will change my diet liao!
