eX: those morning exercises listed by you can be done.. no harm. But if you could just spend a little more dedication by waking up 30mins earlier and go for a jog will do a much better job! HAHA
LeX: yea, get your diet in check. I got below 10% bodyfat when i won my national title and mr sg. all by just WALKING on a treadmill, i never even jog/run. Just walking! diet is very important..
