just club, gym, work and slp. and and craving for empire state located at iluma(dunno the spelling)
this week i have been so emo with my weight.
yes, emo! cause dunno why suddenly i ate so much and the weight almost ALMOST hit 94kg. inch to go crazy! but now. it's acceptable weight and i going to lose more.
this time SERIOUS LA! hahaha. i always talk+type only. but once if the weight overhit, i will go extra mile de. haha.! this time i go extra mile liao! cause i take my CD no4 M SIZE... HAHA! motivation!
gym is great. strength training increase my metalbolism(lol. dont correct my spelling pls)
that's what i read online. it's useless. so those lazy fat bum, start heading to gym now! haha. and jogging. lol!
work is as usual boring. zzz!
club is fun!
