I got New goals!
i going to slim down!
i going get that determination of which i quit smoking.
i must endure the training. the food. the drinks and my exercise!




of cause, i love good food.
but my friend teach me 1 skill.
one week dont eat rice, noodles.
just eat vegetables, fruits n meats!
after 8pm dont EAT execpt for FRUITS!
well. let's see if i got decrease the next week,
i going folo my plan!
but i dont have plan B.

i must maintain my gpa of 3.6!
